Neurocle Wins KEFA President's Award at the E-Learning·Edutech Business Model Competition

On March 28th, AI company Neurocle announced that it had won the Korea Digital Education Frontiers Association (KEFA) President's Award at the 6th E-Learning·Edutech Business Model Competition supported by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy (MOTIE) and the Korea Institute of Startup & Entrepreneurship Development (KISED) and organized by the Korea Edutech Industry Association (KETIA).

The E-Learning·Edutech Business Competition is an event to identify and award creative and innovative business models and outstanding technologies, products, and services in the field of e-learning and edutech.

Neurocle won the competition with AI software (Neuro-T & Neuro-R) that can create AI models and interpret images with just a few clicks. Advantages of Neurocle software that played a major role in the award include: △ 'Auto Deep Learning Algorithm' supporting non-experts create AI models △'Data Management System' which is a structure for systematically refining images for training △ 'Cross-platform support' that allows implementation on various devices from industrial high-performance server PCs to NVIDIA Jetson and Latte Panda

In particular, students at Gangneung Jungang High School and JEI University are using Neurocle software at the AI labs to understand and utilize AI principles. Moreover, since this technology and product is being used in the industry, students can naturally acquire industry knowledge and develop into valuable workers with in-demand skills.

For example, in the AI lab, students are taught the entire process from theory to practice through actual Neurocle software. With Neuro-T, a GUI-based software, students can learn the principles of AI by creating a deep learning model in just a few clicks. Based on the generated model, students can use the Neuro-R API to implement software that can be introduced into autonomous vehicles and practice using AI models in real life.

"This award is significant because we were recognized for our unique and innovative software has set a new standard in the field of AI education," said Neurocle CEO Hongsuk Lee, "As the education industry demonstrates a continued interest in our software, we are looking for partners to join us."
