Neurocle Showcases Edge AI Vision Inspection for Real Manufacturing Environments at Intel APJ Edge Solution Summit 2026

Demonstrating Intel platform-based Edge AI optimization technologies for fast and stable AI vision inspection in real manufacturing environments

Neurocle, a deep learning vision inspection software company, announced that it will participate in the Intel APJ Edge Solution Summit 2026, taking place on May 29 in Taipei, Taiwan. At the event, the company will showcase Auto Deep Learning Edge AI vision inspection technologies optimized for manufacturing environments.

The Intel APJ Edge Solution Summit is a global technology event focused on Intel platform-based Edge AI ecosystems and industrial deployment cases. AI solution providers from manufacturing, robotics, smart cities, retail, and healthcare industries will participate to share the latest Edge AI technologies and real-world applications built on Intel platforms.

At the event, industrial AI vision inspection deployment and optimization technologies on Intel architectures will be demonstrated through Neurocle’s Auto Deep Learning vision inspection software Neuro-T and runtime library Neuro-R. Live demos and technical sessions will highlight low-latency inference and stable Edge AI operation in real production environments.

As part of the Manufacturing Track, the company will deliver a presentation titled “Optimizing Industrial Vision AI with Auto Deep Learning on Intel Platforms.” The session will introduce how AI vision inspection is becoming a key technology for manufacturing quality control and productivity improvement. Edge AI deployment strategies and Intel platform optimization approaches for industrial environments will also be presented.

The booth demonstration will feature industrial Edge AI vision inspection environments powered by Intel® Core™ Ultra Series 3 and Intel® Core™ Series 2 processors. In the Intel® Core™ Ultra Series 3 environment, high-performance AI inference will be demonstrated using integrated GPU (iGPU) and NPU resources without relying on expensive discrete GPUs. CPU-optimized inference environments based on Intel® Core™ Series 2 processors will also be presented. The demonstrations will highlight stable inspection accuracy and fast inference performance even in complex inspection scenarios.

By integrating and optimizing the Intel OpenVINO™ toolkit within its runtime environment, Neurocle achieved up to 4.5x faster inference performance on Intel’s latest platforms compared to previous-generation environments. These optimizations are particularly valuable in manufacturing environments where low inference latency and stable real-time operation are critical. The company emphasized that its optimization efforts are focused not only on proof-of-concept stages, but also on enabling reliable AI deployment in actual production lines.

In addition, Neurocle continues expanding optimization support across CPUs, GPUs, and NPUs instead of relying on a single hardware environment. As the manufacturing AI market shifts beyond GPU-centric infrastructures toward heterogeneous computing environments, Intel is also strengthening its Edge AI platform strategy across diverse AI architectures. In response to these industry trends, Neurocle is enhancing OpenVINO™-based optimizations to enable high-performance AI inference across a wide range of Intel processor environments. This allows customers to build flexible AI deployment infrastructures tailored to diverse manufacturing requirements.

Hongsuk Lee, CEO of Neurocle, said, “In today’s manufacturing AI market, success is no longer determined solely by high model performance. What matters more is how efficiently and reliably AI can operate in real production environments. Neurocle will continue strengthening optimization technologies across diverse processors and hardware architectures while expanding practical Edge AI vision inspection technologies into the global manufacturing market.”
