Neurocle, Kolon Benit Launch Auto Deep Learning-Based Inspection AI
Pre-Packaged Vision AI Solution Targets Faster Deployment in Manufacturing Environments
Kolon Benit said it will launch a pre-packaged quality inspection solution, PromptON Pak.Inspection, developed in collaboration with Neurocle, based on auto deep learning vision technology.
The two companies aim to accelerate the adoption of vision AI models that can be quickly deployed in manufacturing environments. Neurocle recently joined Kolon Benit's AI Alliance, one of Korea's largest AI business collaboration groups, to create synergies with deep learning vision expertise.
The new product is designed to reduce the time and cost burdens associated with developing customized AI inspection models tailored to specific production processes and product characteristics. The companies said the package combines pre-validated software and hardware to lower adoption barriers.
The solution is built on Neurocle's training software Neuro-T and runtime library Neuro-R. It supports the entire workflow — from image preprocessing and labeling to model training and performance evaluation — within a graphical user interface (GUI)-based no-code environment.
It also features automatic model optimization, enabling high-performance inspection models without requiring AI specialists. Trained models can be integrated with existing inspection equipment and systems to analyze images and video in real time on-site.
Kolon Benit said the solution can be paired with hardware such as servers and workstations from Dell Technologies and industrial systems from Advantech, offering customers broader deployment options. The company added that it will offer both high-end and low-end configurations to accommodate different manufacturing environments.
Kolon Benit expects the solution to lower initial adoption and operational burdens, helping accelerate digital transformation in manufacturing. The company plans to expand the package portfolio beyond quality inspection into areas such as safety monitoring and predictive maintenance.
Kang Jae-hoon, head of AX Commerce at Kolon Benit, said the key to manufacturing transformation lies in how quickly AI technologies can be deployed on-site and translated into operational outcomes, adding that the company will continue expanding optimized AI packages through partnerships.
