AI startup Neurocle announced its participation in the 23rd International Congress of DentoMaxilloFacial Radiology (ICDMFR 2021), which will be held from April 28 to May 1 at the Kimdaejung Convention Center in Gwangju.
Founded in 1968, the ICDMFR is held every 2 years by the International Association of DentoMaxilloFacial Radiology (IAMDFR) and is recognized as the most prestigious academic conference in the field of imaging dentistry. The aim of the conference is to promote research and educational development in the field of imaging dentistry, while also sharing relevant knowledge on clinical research, diagnostic research, and investigation and research to improve patient services.
At the exhibition, Neurocle will be showcasing Neuro-T, an AI software for medical imaging research. Neuro-T is a GUI-based software that supports convenient use of deep learning vision technology (image analysis technology using deep learning), which is one of the various technologies that has recently gained attention in the medical community.
Based on the following advantages: △Auto Deep Learning algorithm, △high security of on-premises method, and △advanced data management system, Neuro-T is reviewed as a novel solution that removes the practical limitations typically encountered in the application of deep learning vision technology in healthcare.
"In order to make deep learning applicable to a wide variety of medical images, we have made efforts to develop a deep learning vision software that anyone can use," said Neurocle CEO Hongsuk Lee, "In fact, Neurocle's deep learning vision software is currently being used by leading university hospitals in Korea in their research, and multiple papers using Neuro-T have been published in medical journals."
